Brand Curation
Consulting is the stage where we structure the creative and productive foundation of your brand.
We received your initial idea and transformed it into a viable collection project, aligning aesthetic proposal, product direction, and production realities within the garment factory.
During this process, we developed and guided essential points such as:

• Creative direction and mood board for the collection

• Study and recommendation of fabrics and supplies

This phase allows you to clearly understand the entire process of developing and producing a clothing collection, giving you more confidence to decide whether you prefer to manufacture in stages or proceed with complete management under a Private Label.

Modeling
Pattern making is the stage in which we develop the technical structure that will give shape, drape, and standardization to the pieces in your collection within the garment production process.
We create the patterns based on the desired design, ensuring that the garment has a good fit, standardized measurements, and is feasible for production.
After the design phase, the brand can move on to the pilot phase, in which we develop a prototype of the garment to test the model and make adjustments before manufacturing the collection.
We also offer ready-made professional pattern bases, ideal for brands that want to accelerate the development of their pieces or launch collections with technical structures already tested for production.
Private Label Management
Our Private Label service provides complete production management, organizing and conducting all stages of your brand's manufacturing so you can focus on what really matters: positioning and sales.
After defining the fabrics, materials, and direction of the collection, our private label women's and children's fashion manufacturing manages the entire production process, from structuring the pieces to the final delivery, ready for sale.
Within our structure, we offer services such as pattern making, prototyping, size scaling, cutting, sewing, and finishing. These steps can be contracted in full or for specific processes, according to the needs of each brand.
We work with minimum viable production levels:
• 12 pieces per model
• 3 models per collection
A scale designed to allow for greater product control, a wider variety of colors and fabrics, and the development of collections aligned with the brand's current trends and strategy.
Productive agenda
Each project undergoes an individual feasibility and scheduling analysis.
Because we work with close monitoring and structured production, our service capacity is limited and projects are organized into development windows throughout the year.
